Thrive Themes Templates are built for one thing in mind:
The team over at Thrive Themes is full of entrepreneurial-minded folks that certainly pay attention to high quality look & feel, but also test their stuff in their own marketing to see what works and what doesn’t.
They offer the best of the best themes, landing page templates, and opt-in form templates, which save Thrive Themes members tons of time. If you’ve ever tried to cobble together website elements from scratch, you know pain … particularly if web design is your forte.
Or perhaps you recognized your web development short comings and hired someone to do it for you. Probably cost a pretty penny, and took quite a few revisions to even get it close to what you envisioned.
Well the templates from Thrive Themes save you from all that.
Thrive Architect Landing Page Templates
Thrive Themes boost that they have 274 landing page templates. If you’re into marketing at speed, and you have an offer, these templates will get you up and running quick.
And, they pretty much thought of everything.
Thrive Themes Themes: Templates For Your Entire Site
Thrive has a ton of great themes to choose from depending on what type of look you want. They also have themes that are specifically designed for affiliate marketers, bloggers, magazine sites, and much more.
They’re actually building a WordPress Visual Theme Builder, which is due to launch in beta at the end of July. This will make the platform even more powerful, and your options for customization abundant and easy, so you can get the exact look you want.
Or you can launch your site using one of their themes (will be called skins) right out of the box.
In the meantime, you can still get access to their themes by signing up for a membership, which is the best deal you’re going to find to ramp up your WordPress site for business.
Thrive Post Templates Perfected with Thrive Architect Plugin
Thrive Architect is a visual drag-and-drop WordPress page editor. And, it’s unbelievable.
I’m not great at web development. It takes me forever to figure out rudimentary features in page builders. I’ve used many of them.
This is the most intuitive, user-friendly visual composer I have ever used. It just works and I can make my blog posts look any way I want.
Since I prefer to save time over getting too nit picky over design, I use Thrive Themes Ignition template, because it was closest to what I wanted.
Then, I do minor tweaks to posts to make them look exactly like I want. The beauty is that you can save a post as a template and use it over and over.
Then, it’s as easy as selecting the Templates & Symbols element and adding it to a new post. It will recreate the template in that post. This comes in very handy when you’re building separate posts that are very similar, but you need to swap out certain copy or images.
Click the Templates & Symbols button (after you click the “plus” button to add an element.
Click “Insert Content Template or Symbol,” which them pulls up all of your saved templates and symbols.
Select the template and click “Choose Template” and your template will be inserted into the post. Easy peasy.
And, the template we saved above is entered to the post like so …
It’s important to note here the difference between templates and symbols in Thrive Themes. Templates are elements that you have saved that can be changed after entering it into a page or post without the original template being changed.
In other words, say you save post 1 as your template and now want to use it for post 2. Choose it, then add to the post and make your changes. The changes will not be saved as the template, unless you choose to save it as a new template.
On the other hand, if you save a group of elements as a symbol, the changes you make to that symbol in subsequent posts will be made to every instance of that symbol in posts and pages across your site.
For example, say you have a “resources for dog owners” content box that you place in all the dog-related posts on your site. You only want to update that box once and have it populate in every instance. You can do that with symbols. Weird name. I know. But, they get the job done.
More Thrive Themes Elements That You Can Save as Templates
Buttons. You can use the button styles Thrive gives you by default. Or you can customize them very easily. Then, once you get that perfect button, you can save it as a template.
Change the shape, size, color, font type, font size, font color, link target, and many other things to make it just like you like it. Then, save as a template so you don’t have to recreate it the next time you need a button.

Button Typography Options
You may be thinking “enough with the buttons already.”
But, I’m making a point. All this button business illustrates the multitude of options you have to build any element on your site.
Here are the rest of the button building options. Again, once you nail it you can save as a template.
Many of the Thrive Architect elements are the same way.
You can choose layout. Backgrounds. Fonts. Borders. And with the advanced typography tab you can even choose paragraph and headline spacing.
In the Layout & Positioning you can choose the positioning on the page, the margins and padding. You can do rounded borders, fancy scroll behaviors, mouse hovering shenanigans, animations, and drop shadows.
All sorts of stuff. It’s crazy. It may even sound like too much.
But, let me repeat. Thrive Themes templates look good right out of the box.
If you want your site to look good, but don’t have the time or energy to make millions of little tweaks you can just select the default settings, and be on your way. Or you can make a few tweaks and save the elements as templates or symbols. Very versatile, flexible, and easy to use.
